Dear Charles Anderson,

The County of Somerset (“County”) records custodian received your Open
Public Records Act (“OPRA”) request on 12/22/2022.  The seven (7) business
day deadline to respond to your request is 1/4/2023. As such, the County
is timely responding to your request in accordance with New Jersey law.

Your OPRA request seeks the following records:

Dear Somerset County Public Records Custodian, This is a request for
public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am
not required to fill out an official form. Kindly acknowledge receipt of
this message. Records requested: Whereas the Somerset County Public Safety
Radio Division requested the County to issue R22-1829 2022 purchase order
to the following vendor. Train's Towers, Inc., 100 Trenton Avenue,
Barrington, NJ for (7) antenna sweep reports. Please provide in PDF form
each SWEEP report for each of the (7) County occupied tower antenna sites.
If an initial report and a repaired report was created kindly provide
both. Please provide any and all Train Tower reports in PDF form within
the statutory permitted timeframe. Respectfully yours, Charles Anderson

OPRA allows the records custodian to seek extensions of time pursuant to
N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5i.  The County anticipates requiring an additional three
weeks (until January 26, 2023) to compile, review, and produce the
potentially responsive records in accordance with New Jersey law.  The
County also reserves the right to request an additional extension of time,
if necessary. See Scheeler v. New Jersey Department of Educ., GRC
Complaint No. 2014-123 (2016).
