department from January 2020 to

September 2023. For each order, please include the date, description,
vendor, and amount of the purchase.
Excel form (e.g., csv, xlsx) is preferred, but other electronic forms
(e.g., pdf) are fine if that is not feasible.”

Please be advised, Upper Township does not have a municipal police
department. Police coverage

for Upper Township is provided by the New Jersey State Police. Upper
Township is not the custodian

of these records and does not possess them. For police records please
contact NJSP Division HQ in

West Trenton. The telephone number is 609-882-2000. That is the main line
in, and will have all of

the procedures to follow regarding a records request.
