Please provide all purchase order history for purchases by the police department from January 2020 to September 2023. For each order, please include the date, description, vendor, and amount of the purchase.
Excel form (e.g., csv, xlsx) is preferred, but other electronic forms (e.g., pdf) are fine if that is not feasible.

Hi Lois.
I copied Lois on this as she is the one who would have those records.
I realize how you have been told by your atty. to respond to OPRA Requests
that went to our Code Department etc., but in this particular case,
providing the records that are being requested will not be a true
accounting of Swedesboro's expenses.
I do not see why you cannot just reply that you receive police service
through an SSA with Woolwich Township and your only expenses are the
payments made to Woolwich for the service.
You might want to run this by your solicitor.
