This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

Please provide all purchase order history for purchases by the police department from January 2020 to September 2023. For each order, please include the date, description, vendor, and amount of the purchase.

Excel form (e.g., csv, xlsx) is preferred, but other electronic forms (e.g., pdf) are fine if that is not feasible.

Dear Mr. Kim,

Please be advised the Borough of Rockleigh does not have a police department. The Borough of Rockleigh contracts for Police Services with the Borough of Northvale (Shared Service Agreement) and therefore the Borough of Rockleigh does not purchase anything on behalf of the police.

This OPRA is now considered closed by our office. Kindly confirm receipt. Thank you.
