Dear Ramsey Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

Please provide all purchase order history for purchases by the police department from January 2020 to September 2023. For each order, please include the date, description, vendor, and amount of the purchase.

Excel form (e.g., csv, xlsx) is preferred, but other electronic forms (e.g., pdf) are fine if that is not feasible.

Mr Kim:
I need to clarify your request. We use Edmunds. Through Edmunds we can print out all purchases for the dates you are requesting. However, it does not list the specific items.

In your request you asked for the description. In that case we will need an extension until September 30th to furnish your request. This would involve pulling all of the Purchase Orders, making copies and scanning them to you.

Please clarify so I can get you exactly what you are asking for.
