This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Please provide all purchase order history for purchases by the police department from January 2020 to September 2023. For each order, please include the date, description, vendor, and amount of the purchase.

Excel form (e.g., csv, xlsx) is preferred, but other electronic forms (e.g., pdf) are fine if that is not feasible.

Good Morning,
In response to your OPRA Request, below, please be advised that Bethlehem Township does not have a police department. The Township is covered by the New Jersey State Police, Perryville Barracks. The Township is not the Custodian of Record, nor do we have access to their files.

Please contact the NJ State Police, Perryville Barracks, at 908-730-7042 to obtain information on how to obtain copies of their public records.

Please consider this OPRA Request, as it pertains to documents held by Bethlehem Township, to now be closed.
