Please provide all purchase order history for purchases by the police department from January 2020 to September 2023. For each order, please include the date, description, vendor, and amount of the purchase.
Excel form (e.g., csv, xlsx) is preferred, but other electronic forms (e.g., pdf) are fine if that is not feasible.

The Township of Montague is in receipt of your Open Public Records Act Request (OPRA), dated August 31, 2023, and received in our office on the same date, requesting:
1. All purchase order history for purchases by the police department from January 2020 to September 2023. For each order, please include the date, description, vendor, and amount of the purchase.
Excel form (e.g., csv, xlsx) is preferred, but other electronic forms (e.g., pdf) are fine if that is not feasible.
Please note that the Township of Montague does not have a local police department. All policing services are provided by the State Police - Sussex Station located in Augusta, New Jersey. Therefore, your request is denied as no such records exist. Please see Pusterhofer v. N.J. Dep't of Educ., GRC Complaint No. 2005-49 (July 2005). See also Pavlenko v. Twp. Of Delran (Burlington), GRC Complaint No. 2010-325 (March 2012).
