Please provide all purchase order history for purchases by the police department from January 2020 to September 2023. For each order, please include the date, description, vendor, and amount of the purchase.
Excel form (e.g., csv, xlsx) is preferred, but other electronic forms (e.g., pdf) are fine if that is not feasible.

The Township of Denville Municipal Clerk's office received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on 8/31/23. Please accept this letter as the Custodian's response pursuant to OPRA.
Your OPRA request sought access to the following:
* All purchase order history for purchases by the police department from January 2020- September 2023. For each order please include the date, description, vendor and amount of the purchase.
The Township requires an additional extension of time beyond the initial extension response period to search for and review any responsive government records. See Scheeler v. N.J. Dep't of Educ., GRC Complaint No. 2014-123 (Feb. 2016) (validating extension under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(g) and N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(i) where custodian provided written response within seven (7) business days and provided specific date when records would be ready).
The Township anticipates that the records readily identified as responsive to your request will be available to you by the close of business on 9/25/23.
