Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., and the common law right of access, I request copies of the following government records. All requests below cover the period January 1, 2022 through the date this request is fulfilled, unless otherwise noted.

Search terms: Please construe "the Application" to mean the land use application filed by Pura Vita, LLC for Block 108, Lot 1.01, including records referencing "Pura Vita" or "Pura Vida."

1. Correspondence — Mayor Walsh. All emails and other written correspondence sent or received by Mayor Thomas D. Walsh Jr., using any Township email account, referencing the Application or Pura Vita, LLC.

2. Correspondence — Township Engineer. All emails and written correspondence including text messages between the Township Engineer (Cory Stoner) and/or Harold Pellow & Associates, on one hand, and Township officials, the applicant, or applicant's representatives, on the other, referencing the Application.

3. Correspondence — Clerk/Administration. All emails and written correspondence sent or received by the Municipal Clerk's or Administrator's office (including Patricia Bussow, Kaitlin Jespersen, and Zoie Gaspari) referencing the Application.

4. Correspondence — Named Individuals. All emails and written correspondence referencing the Application to, from, or copying: Carla Kipiani; Patrick Toomey; Joe Marley.

5. Text messages. All text messages sent or received on Township-issued devices, or on personal devices used to conduct Township business, between (a) Tom Walsh and Patrick Toomey, and (b) Tom Walsh and Carla Kipiani, referencing the Application, from January 1, 2022 to present.

6. Escrow and invoicing records. All escrow account ledgers, invoices, and payment vouchers from Harold Pellow & Associates or other professionals billed against Pura Vita, LLC's escrow account.
