Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide documents, lists, reports or statements sufficient to show the name and current regular hourly pay rate for all employees paid on an hourly basis as of today, February 15, 2019. Good morning Charlie,
I have received your OPRA request for the hourly rate for part-time employees up to 2/15/19. As stated in the past few emails, the Borough of Metuchen will not be able to provide any information for 2019 until the end of the quarterly report sometime in April/May and the hourly rate may or may not be different until after a budget adoption and resolution approval later this year. If at either time, you would like a report, please request it and we will gladly provide you with the information.
In the meantime, all part-time employees' rates are provided on the 2018 employee quarterly reports. I have attached a part-time employee report with the hourly rate circle so that you will know where to find the information you have currently requested and it can be found on each part-time employee report that has recently been provided to you. There are no other reports available with the requested information and we are not required, by law, to create any additional reports, spreadsheets, etc.
