Dear Oshea Smith,

On behalf of the Board of Education’s Custodian of Records, attached
please find the Rahway City School District Contracts/Agreements that you
requested.  We trust that this is satisfactory for you.

The correspondence is the Board’s final response to your OPRA request and
this matter is now closed.

If your request for access to a government record has been denied, you
have a right to challenge the decision of the public entity to deny
access.  At your option, you may either institute a legal proceeding in
the Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government
Records Council (the “GRC”).  If you file a complaint after the applicable
statute of limitations, you may be prohibited from proceeding with the
complaint.

You may contact the GRC by toll-free telephone at 866-850-0511, by mail at
P.O. Box 819, Trenton, NJ 08625, by email at [1][email address] or at
their web site at [2]www.nj.gov/grc/.  The Council can also answer other
questions about the law.  All questions regarding complaints filed in the
Superior Court should be directed to the Court Clerk in your County.

Thank you,

Patty Myers
