Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), I am requesting a copy of the bodycam footage for the vehicle crash/DUI incident involving the following details:

Name of Person Involved: Madeline Parker (Driver of a black 2009 Chevy Colorado)

Responding Officers: Patrolman Michael McCaffrey, Patrolman Murray, and Patrolwoman Corinne Heinert

Date & Time of Incident: August 16, 2024, at approximately 8:47 PM

Location: Kapler's Pharmacy (1 South Bay Avenue, Beach Haven, NJ)

Requested Records: All body-worn camera (BWC) footage, dashcam footage, and the initial dispatch audio associated with this specific crash response, field sobriety testing, and subsequent DUI arrest.

Please provide these records in a digital format via a secure download link or email.

If your department is not the correct repository for these records, I kindly ask that you forward this request directly to the appropriate agency or department that holds them.
