My name is Courtney Rogers, and I am submitting this request pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.

I am requesting access to and copies of any and all records related to the death of my father, Anthony Rogers (DOB: 05/23/1968), who was found deceased on February 3, 2022, outside an apartment complex located at 4504 Norma Place, Toms River, New Jersey.

Specifically, I am requesting the following:
• 911 call recordings and dispatch audio
• Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) reports
• Incident reports and investigation reports
• Body-worn camera footage
• Audio/video recordings from responding units
• EMS reports
• Any and all supplemental reports, notes, or documentation related to this incident

If any portion of these records is exempt from disclosure, please provide the non-exempt portions and cite the specific legal basis for any redactions or denials as required by law.

I request that these records be provided in electronic format where available.
