Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

This commercial request seeks existing records—like purchase orders or similar data (date, amount, vendor, etc.)—to analyze public-sector purchasing trends. The requester is open to alternative formats and agency suggestions.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

I am requesting an electronic summary of purchase orders (not the individual purchase orders themselves) issued by Lawnside Fire Company #1 from 1/1/2022 through February, 28 2026.

This report may also be referred to as an accounts payable summary, check summary, check register, check warrants, vendor payment summaries, expenditure/disbursement reports or vendor analysis report. Any spreadsheet or report that lists vendor names, brief descriptions of purchases, and total amounts would be fully responsive to this request.

If available, please include:

-Vendor name
-Description of purchase or payment
-Total price or amount paid

If vendor names are coded, please include the code key if it's easily available. We're happy to accept whatever form this data is already maintained in — raw exports or standard reports (Excel, CSV, or PDF) are perfectly fine.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.
