Dear Independence Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

John G. Hargreaves was immediately taken into custody when his Toyota SUV came crashing through the lobby of the Independence Township Police Department. He was arrested at approximately 6:17 p.m. on September 20 2023. Please provide body cam video footage of the arresting officer.
