Records requested:
Maria Macburnie, from Toms River, New Jersey, was arrested on July 26, 2023. She was taken into custody by detectives from the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Economic Crime Squad and agents from the DEA New Jersey Division-Camden Resident Office. The arrest was related to charges of unauthorized practice of medicine, forgery, health care claims fraud, and the distribution of a controlled dangerous substance. Please provide body cam video footage of the arresting officer.
