Dear Union City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Leonard Filipowski was arrested on July 16, 2024, during a Union City Board of Commissioners meeting in Union City, New Jersey. The arrest occurred in the evening, shortly after the meeting began, and was carried out by Captain Omar Hernandez of the Union City Police Department. Please provide the body cam video footage of the arresting officer.
