Dear Manville Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Thomas Kaiser was arrested in New Jersey by the Manville Police Department on July 6, 2024, following a fireworks explosion during a July Fourth party in Manville. The explosion occurred around 8:15 p.m. Please provide the body cam video footage of the arresting officer.
