We'd like to request the body cam video footage of the officer who arrested Naomi Elkins please.
Naomi Elkins, a 27-year-old woman from Lakewood, New Jersey, was arrested on June 25, 2024, at approximately 4:50 p.m. The arrest occurred after officers from the Lakewood Township Police Department responded to a report of two children in cardiac arrest at her residence on Shenandoah Drive.

The Township of Lakewood received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on 7/31/2024. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to
respond to your request is 8/9/2024. This response to your request is
being provided to you on the 3rd business day after the custodian's
receipt of said request.
Your request requires additional time beyond the seven (7) business days
to fulfill because we need additional time to review and redact due to the
nature of this incident. OPRA allows custodians to seek custodians to seek
extensions of time pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.i.
