Ricardo E. Garden, a Newark police officer, was arrested on June 20, 2024, around 8:30 p.m. The arrest was carried out by detectives from the Essex County Prosecutor’s Professional Standards Bureau. Please provide the body cam video footage of the arrest, if available.

requested BWC footage of an arrest, I need you to provide a mailing
address to receive the footage in a physical disc format.  I do not have a
way to transmit the footage digitally.
