The following redactions have been made, to the attached documents, pursuant N.J.S.A. 47:1A et seq. Specifically No. 1 - Privacy Interest - "a public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public access a citizen's personal information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen's reasonable expectation of privacy." And No. 19 - Personal Identifying Information:
Body Worn Camera video was redacted for mobile data terminal, driver's license and also pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2A:4A-60 No.) 2A:4A-60 Disclosure of juvenile information; penalties for disclosure.
