Fax or email a copy of the ad with cover letter referencing company name/firm/agency indicating dates you need the ad(s) to publish and whether a tearsheet or affidavit is required.

For billable clients: please include the account number to be charged in your request.

For Pro Se or Private Individuals: you must email or fax a copy of the ad with Prepayment/Account information and also notes indicating dates you need the ad(s) to publish and whether a tearsheet or affidavit is required. Please note: payment is required prior to publication, failure to pay by deadline will result in your ad not publishing.

The Express Times NJ Zone Legal Publishes on Thursdays.

Please note: email and fax requests must be made at least by the Tuesday PRIOR to publication, by noon. Please call for holiday deadlines.

Corrections should be sent clearly indicating area of change with copy of ad.

Cancellations should be sent with copy of ad and run date(s)

Please make sure to check the confirmation email you receive containing the ad proof, run date, cost and deadline for payment and approval. Verify all ad copy and run dates are correct.
