This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Collective Bargaining Agreement with MOA between Township and PBA
2. CBA with MOA between Township and FOP.
3. Contractual agreements between Township and any other labor unions.
4. Contractual agreements specific to the Township and Michael Bascom, James Hunt, and Kyle Bascom.
5. Overtime paid and the reason provided for such overtime to Michael Bascom, James Hunt, and Kyle Bascom from 2014 - current.
6. Mileage, usage, and maintenance records for the "take-home" Township owned vehicles assigned to Michael Bascom, James Hunt, and Kyle Bascom.
7. A copy of any current nepotism policy.
