Waiting for an internal review by Summit City of their handling of this request.

Please send me a list of properties with current code violations, properties with delinquent taxes over $4,000 , and all properties that are currently vacant.

We have received your Opra request, but need clarification before it is
processed.  You have asked for a list of properties with current code
violations.  Can you please specify which code violations you are
referring to? If it is construction-related, please state that. We also
need you to provide a date range for the request.

 

We would also like to inform you that we do not keep a record of vacant
properties.

 

We will await your response to these questions so that we can process your
Opra request.

The City of Summit has received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request dated 3/5/2020 9:34:00 AM. Your request is in review and will be
responded to within 7 business days.

 

During the review process you will be contacted if there is a need for
clarification of the requested records or if an extension of the response
deadline is needed.
