Dear Municipal Authority,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
A list of properties in which property taxes are delinquent of at least $4,000 or more and for a minimum of no less than 2 years from the date of this request.
A list of properties of which the water has been cut off due to delinquency for no less than 30 consecutive days.
A list of properties who currently have or have had evictions scheduled within the last 6 months.

Attached you will find the information requested via OPRA request received by my office on Monday, May 6, 2019.
Property tax delinquency - there are zero (0) properties over 2years delinquent and/or past due in taxes.
Evictions - Berlin does not handle evictions at the local level.
Water turn off due to delinquencies - Berlin does not have a report that specifies turn off specifically for delinquencies.
