Dear Municipal Authority,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
A list of properties in which property taxes are delinquent of at least $4,000 or more and for a minimum of no less than 2 years from the date of this request.
A list of properties of which the water has been cut off due to delinquency for no less than 30 consecutive days.
A list of properties who currently have or have had evictions scheduled within the last 6 months.

In response to your request for public records, please see the attached. Be also advised that the Township does not maintain a list of evictions. A list of water shut offs will be forwarded shortly.

As a follow-up to my previous email, there the Municipal Utilities
Department has advised their office does not maintain a “list of
properties of which water has been cut off due to delinquency for no less
than 30 consecutive days”.
