2 - Confirmation as to whether any municipal assessments have been or will be imposed on the owner of Lot 74.18 of Block 48. If such assessments exist, the requestor would also like to receive copies of the same.

3 - Copies of any restrictions of record, if any, for Lot 74.18 of Block 48.
