Dear Municipal Authority,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
A list of properties in which property taxes are delinquent of at least $4,000 or more and for a minimum of no less than 2 years from the date of this request.
A list of properties of which the water has been cut off due to delinquency for no less than 30 consecutive days.
A list of properties who currently have or have had evictions scheduled within the last 6 months.

The Township can fill number 1. The second request you will have to
contact the MUA they are a separate entity.

Good Morning,
In response to your below OPRA request, please see the attached files
showing the delinquent 2018 taxes and 2019 1^st quarter taxes.
These all have a balance of at least $4000.00.
Please contact Mount Laurel MUA for all water/sewer information and the
County Sheriff’s office for all eviction information.

Thank your for your response. I was actually looking for properties with delinquent taxes that are more than 2 years old! Can you froward me the list for 2017, if available and that will complete my request.

Any open balance from the prior year goes through our annual tax sale and has a lien placed on the property. Therefore any open balance from 2017 would have already gone through the tax sale from last year and now has a tax lien on the house.
