Dear Municipal Authority,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

A list of properties in which property taxes are delinquent of at least $4,000 or more and for a minimum of no less than 2 years from the date of this request.

A list of properties of which the water has been cut off due to delinquency for no less than 30 consecutive days.

A list of properties who currently have or have had evictions scheduled within the last 6 months.

I am in receipt of your email.  I am forwarding to our Tax Collector for
tax delinquency information. 
The Borough of Laurel Springs does not have a water utility nor any
records with regard to delinquent water usage charges. 
The Borough of Laurel Springs does not have records regarding evictions. 
No requests for Property Registrations with regard to court proceedings,
have been requested from me in the past six months.

To respond to your request.
Water is serviced by NJ American Water and they are a separate entity.  
Evictions are conducted by the County Sheriff's Department.
Properties go to tax sale after 1 year delinquency.  There is only 1
municipal lien that went to tax sale in 2017 and is over $4000.00. Any
other properties that have the amount and age you are asking for are held
by third party lienholders.
