Dear Municipal Authority,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
A list of properties in which property taxes are delinquent of at least $4,000 or more and for a minimum of no less than 2 years from the date of this request.
A list of properties of which the water has been cut off due to delinquency for no less than 30 consecutive days.
A list of properties who currently have or have had evictions scheduled within the last 6 months.

We are in receipt of your Open Public Records Act request for the
documents listed in the email below.
By copy of this email I am requesting that our Tax Collector provide the
requested list of properties in which property taxes are delinquent of at
least $4,000 or more and for a minimum of no less than 2 years from the
date of this request.
Please note that the water utility within the Borough of Haddonfield has
been owned by New Jersey American Water (NJAW) since May 2015. Therefore,
we do not have records relating to any water shut offs that may have
occurred within the last 30 days or more.
Additionally, the Borough would not have records on evictions within the
municipality, as those types of documents would not be generated by the
Borough.

Attached is the delinquent listing as per your request. We do not collect
for water/sewer and we do not handle evictions. Please let me know if you
