CASE #24005150
Manuel Lopes 34 years old from Church Street in Lambertville and Ladislao Garcia-Garcia 31 years old from Clinton Street in Lambertville, were arrested on Friday, July 19, 2024, at approximately 8:07pm, by Sergeant Gramlich and Corporal Wurpel at the area of the tow path behind the Basil Bandwagon, located off of North Union Street,
