On July 11, 2024, at approximately 5:05 p.m., Police Officers Harold Milne and Anish Bhisey attended an incident at Church Square Park where Patricia Lavacchi of Union City was arrested and transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters. Would you help us locate the respective officers' BWC?
