On 01/03/2023 at approximately 0:10am Patrolman Christopher Folinusz from Cranford PD arrested Robert Riggi of Winfield NJ near the Garden State Parkway Southbound Interchange at Centennial Avenue. Please provide body cam video footage of Patrolman Christopher Folinusz.
