I am planning to purchase 407 Arnold Dr, Florence, NJ. Please provide copies of code enforcement, all closed out permits, survey, zoning and planning board applications if any, open permits, copies of any violations for the property, copies of all certificates of occupancies, all records for water well, septic tanks and underground tanks if any?
