We have not moved forward with you OPRA request. You have not submitted the date and/or date range of the documents you are seeking as required under the Open Public Record Act. I asked you to submit this information in my response to you on September 13th. Once we receive this required information we can move forward with your request.
Additionally, please clarify what is meant by "filings" as this is too broad. You must specify the actual documents you are seeking, i.e., what kind of filings.

I have reviewed your request, and I did receive the updated time-frame of January 1, 2015 to present. We are working on your request; however we will need an extension of time beyond seven business days to respond to your voluminous request. I am writing to request an internal review of East Orange City's handling of my OPRA request 'Public records per property regarding variance requests and zoning/planning applications and filings'.
I placed a request on September 12, 2023. My request is of an urgent matter. East Orange was required by law to respond by September 28th, 2023. It is now over a month since I placed my request and the response has been moved again to the end of October, that is over 2 months late.
