Good Morning Mr. Sosis:
Please be advised Mansfield Township is in receipt of your OPRA Request
dated August 30^th. Due to its’ voluminous nature, the Township hereby
seeks a one- week extension. Any responsive records will be made
available to you on or before September 18, 2023.

I do not consent to an extension. The type of public records I requested on August 30 are between 01/01/2022 and the present and can hardly be characterized as "voluminous" in nature. Moreover, the relaxation of the seven-day statutorily mandated time frame during the public health emergency (COVID) has long expired. Therefore, the requested public records are due "not later than seven business days after receiving the request." N.J. Stat. § 47:1A-5. Please provide the requested records by September 11, 2023.
