Pinnacle Actuarial Resources, Inc. would like to request the following information in regards to Municipal Excess Liability Joint Insurance Fund's RFP for Actuary (CCRFP 25-02):

1. All selection documentation for the previously issued RFP for these same services, including awarded fees, contract information and evaluation sheets.
2. A copy of the proposal of the last successful proposer.
3. Most recent prior report(s) completed by the incumbent actuarial service provider.
4. Who is the incumbent actuarial firm providing this service?
5. What is the current annual fee amount and fee structure for services within the scope of the RFP?

We understand that certain records maintained by your agency may contain information designated by third parties as confidential, proprietary, or trade secret. We request that the agency carefully review all responsive materials prior to release and withhold or redact any portions that are protected under applicable state or federal law.

If, despite these precautions, our organization inadvertently receives records containing confidential or proprietary information belonging to another party, we will promptly delete or permanently remove those materials from our systems upon notice or discovery and will not further disseminate or use them in any way.
