1. All selection documentation for the previously issued RFP for these same services, including awarded fees, contract information and evaluation sheets.
2. A copy of the proposal of the last successful proposer.
3. Most recent prior report(s) completed by the incumbent actuarial service provider.
4. Who is the incumbent actuarial firm providing this service?
5. What is the current annual fee amount and fee structure for services within the scope of the RFP?

Dear Municipal Excess Liability Joint Insurance Fund,
I submitted an OPRA request on [date] regarding RFP CC# 25-01. Under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(i), the public agency is required to respond to such requests within seven business days. The statutory deadline for this request was October 22, 2025, and I have not received a response or written extension.
