This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. All purchase requests for HVAC service for the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 school years
2. "As built" drawings for all HVAC systems distric wide
3. HVAC System Commissioning Report
4. HVAC preventive maintenance schedule district wide
5. HVAC certification of engineer responsible for HVAC system
6. Any purchase orders for HVAC filters for the past two school years (2018-2019 and 2109-2020) until the present day, specifically listing MERV specifications of the filters
6. Superintendent's Attestation Letter submitted to the state re: reopening of schools

In accordance with P.L. 2020 - C. 20 there is a time barrier to providing a response to your inquiry within seven working days. All relevant staff are currently assigned to readying schools to reopen in light of the additional requirements related to the pandemic and the time constraints for completing those mandated actions. The school district will respond as required by late September.

2. Denied under N.J.S.A. 47-1A-1.1 Exemption for security
information for
the buildings which, if disclosed, would jepopardize security of the
buildings or the persons therein. Kohn v. Township of Livingston (Essex),
GRC Complaint No. 2007-319 (July 2008) and Denied under the common law
right of access as the disclosure of the requested records could
potentially be used by any person seeking to cause harm to the student sin
the building or destroying the vital building system. Gilleran v.
Bloomfield, 227 N.J. 159 (2016).
