Mr. Sosis,
The computer that handles the audio had a usb port issue which caused a
quality issue with the recording.

The audio file only contains 10 minutes while the meeting lasted over an hour. The entire start of the meeting, the engineer's report, the public's comments about the Mansfield Dump, etc. are all missing.
Please forward the complete audio recording of the September 22, 2021 Open Public Meeting.
Pursuant to OPRA law, this request is deemed a denial of records. This request was submitted on September 22, 2021 and due on October 01, 2021. By October 04, 2021, 3 days after the due date, I had received no reply and was forced to send a reminder that the records were overdue. Only then did I receive a reply on October 04, 2021 that the computer that handles the audio had a usb port issue. I notified the records custodian that the audio file I received only contained 10 minutes of audio while the open public meeting held on September 22, 2021 lasted well over an hour. I again received no reply. Under the Open Public Records Act: "If the custodian fails to respond to the requestor within seven (7) business days after receiving a request, the failure to respond will be deemed a denial of the request."
