public records- contract-Staff Augmentation
I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records for the contract - Staff Augmentation. The details I am requesting are given below:
Proposals of the awarded vendors.
Spending on this contract till now.
If there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please inform me before filling my request.
Should you deny my request, or any part of the request, please state in writing the basis for the denial.
The New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) is in receipt of the
above-referenced request for records under the Open Public Records Act
(OPRA). However, this request cannot be processed without further
clarification.
Please respond to this e-mail to provide additional information sufficient
to identify the contract that the subject of this request and that has
been described as “Staff Augmentation”.
The NJDOT OPRA Unit is unable to process your request until the
clarification described above is received.
Please provide the requested clarification by August 25, 2022 or your
request will be closed as overbroad and improper.
