6. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are flagged abandoned.
7. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are fire damaged in the past month.
8. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that have had their utilities shut off for 6+ months

Good morning,
Our office does not keep record of the following:
properties that are vacant land, eviction notices for properties,
properties that have residents going through a divorce, No utility or
delinquency information, abandoned property records, or utility shut offs.
I am attaching a copy of a report showing expired compliance in EHT. I am
not sure if this is helpful. This is the only type of violation record I
have access to.
