The Township of Bloomfield received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
Request on June 15,  2021.  As such, the seven (7) business day deadline
to respond to your request is June 24, 2021. The response to your request
is being provided to you on the 7^th business day upon the Township’s
receipt of the request.   

Your OPRA request sought the following:

“1. A list of all residential single family, and multifamily properties
with code violations on them for the last 3 months from today. Address,
and owner name provided please.

2. A list of all residential vacant land, single family and multifamily
properties that are currently in the probate process.

3. A list of all residential  single family, and multifamily properties
that are in the eviction process.

4.A list of all residential vacant land, single family, and multifamily
properties that are going through the divorce process.

5. A list of all residential single family and multifamily properties that
are delinquent on their utilities. Address, owner name, and balance owed
provided please.

6. A list of all residential single family and multifamily properties that
are flagged abandoned.

7. A list of all residential single family and multifamily properties that
are fire damaged in the past month.

8. A list of all residential single family and multifamily properties that
have had their utilities shut off for 6+ months”

The following records are being provided in their entirety and are the
ONLY documents in the Township’s possession responsive to your request:

1.       From the Township’s Building Department: UCC and Zoning
Violations (1 pages) From the Township’s Health Department: Property
maintenance violations (1 excel file)

2.       There are no documents responsive to your request for properties
currently in the probate process

3.       There are no documents responsive to your request for properties
that are in the eviction process

4.       There are no documents responsive to your request for properties
that are going through the divorce process

5.       From the Township’s Tax Collector: Properties with delinquent
utilities (156 pages)

6.       From the Township’s Fire Department: Properties on the VPR (1
page)

7.       From the Township’s Fire Department: Properties fire damaged in
the past month (1 page)

8.       No documents responsive to this request

These records are being transmitted to you via email, as per your request.

If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfulfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
