7. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are fire damaged in the past month.
8. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that have had their utilities shut off for 6+ months

This it to acknowledge receipt of your request by the Borough of North Plainfield.
Given the volume of materials requested, as Custodian of Public Records, I am calling for a 30-day extension in response time.
I will also caution that you have requested items for which we have no responsive files. For example, utility shutoff records are maintain by the utility companies in question. Furthermore, the State of NJ has had a no-shutoff policy that remains in place due to the pandemic.
