7. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are fire damaged in the past month.
8. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that have had their utilities shut off for 6+ months

You are going to have to narrow your search to specific properties. I have no blanket type information on vacant properties. I have no blanket type information on which properties are abandoned. You will have to contact the utility companies to figure out who’s services have been shut off or who is delinquent. You should contact the courts or the county surrogate to find out which properties are in probate. I have no data on which properties are going through an eviction process. I have no data on which properties are going through a divorce process.
As for fires in the past month, 17-19 North Doughty Ave. a mixed-use building, has been fire damaged in the past month.
