7. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are fire damaged in the past month.
8. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that have had their utilities shut off for 6+ months

The Township of Livingston’s Municipal Clerk's Department has reopened to the public and will respond to your email as soon as possible. However, if submitting an OPRA request or inquiring about a previously submitted OPRA request, please realize that pursuant to P.L. 2020 Ch 10, OPRA deadlines are inapplicable during a State of Emergency and that record custodians ”must make a reasonable effort, as the circumstances permit to respond to a request for a government record within 7 business days or as soon as possible."

Your OPRA Request dated 6/15/21 was received on 6/15/21. I am forwarding
the request to the individual and department I believe may have documents
responsive to your request. Due to the large quantity of requests
received, an additional time of approximately 21 business days after
receipt of your request is needed to respond to your request, and would

does not make, maintain or keep on file a list of properties with code
violations.
2. There are no documents responsive to your 2nd request. The Township
does not make, maintain or keep on file a list of properties in the
probate process.

does not make, maintain or keep on file a list of properties that are in
the eviction process.

does not make, maintain or keep on file a list of residential vacant land,

on their utilities. There Tax Department can provide a list of all
delinquent utility properties, not just those for residential single
family and multi family properties. Please advise if you would like that
report.
6. There are no documents responsive to your 6th request. the Township
does not make, maintain or keep on file a list of properties hat are
flagged abandoned.
7. There are no documents responsive to your 7th request. The Township
does not make, maintain or keep on file a list of properties damaged by
fire in the past month. The Fire Chief has advised that there were no
properties damaged in the past month.
8. There are no documents responsive to your 8th request. The Township
does not make, maintain or keep on file a list of properties that have had
their utilities shut off for 6+ months.
Thank you for your patience in awaiting this reply. Pursuant to [1]P.L.
2020, c. 10 which took effect on March 20, 2020, "during a period of a
declared State of Emergency, Public Health Emergency, or State of Local
Disaster Emergency the seven business days or soon as possible deadline to
respond to Open Public Records Act (OPRA) requests does not apply. The
records custodian must make reasonable effort, as the circumstance permit,
to respond to an OPRA request within the seven business days or soon as
possible deadline."
