3. A list of all residential single family, and multi family properties that are in the eviction process.
4.A list of all residential vacant land, single family, and multi family properties that are going through the divorce process.
5. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are delinquent on their utilities. Address, owner name, and balance owed provided please.
6. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are flagged abandoned.
7. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are fire damaged in the past month.
8. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that have had their utilities shut off for 6+ months

This office received a request for information from you on June 21, 2021
to which we assigned the above referenced number used to log requests for
information under the Open Public Records Act (OPRA).
Attached please find the responsive records. Redactions have been made
according to N.J.S.A 47:1A-1.1 (19).
Building Department Response: 3 Month violation list attached. I did 3
months from the date of the OPRA 6/21. -A
Zoning Department Response: See attached for OPRA 2021-400 (Properties
that were issued Zoning Violations over the last 3 months).
Clerk’s Office Response: In response to number 6. This list is comprised
of currently active registered vacant, abandoned and foreclosed properties
as of 6/30/21.
Municipal Court Response: Please be advised that the Municipal Court does
not fall under OPRA. The Municipal Court is governed by Court Rule 1:38.
I have attached the Judiciary Records Request Form that would need to be
filled out and submitted to the Court.
There are no responsive records from the Fire Department the Health
Department, Municipal Court and the Planning Department.
