You requested the following:

 1. A list of all residential single family, and multi family properties
with code violations on them for the last 3 months from today.
Address, and owner name provided please.

There is no such list.  Please be advised that Code Enforcement
documentation (permits, violations, certificates, inspection dates and
results, complaints, etc.) is readily accessible on the City’s
website  [1]www.eastorange-nj.gov .  Click on the circular blue link “Open
Data” and create an account using an email address and password of your
choosing.  It is very helpful if you do an advanced search and provide the
block and lot. Then you may search the portal which is up-to-date and in
real time.  It is also good for other towns and states that utilize the
SDL portal.  Any questions you have regarding the information may be posed
to the Code Enforcement Division at 973.266.5165. 

 2. A list of all residential vacant land, single family and multi family
properties that are currently in the probate process.

There is no such list on file.

 3. A list of all residential  single family, and multi family properties
that are in the eviction process.

There is no such list on file.

 4. A list of all residential vacant land, single family, and multi family
properties that are going through the divorce process.

There is no such list on file.

 5. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties
that are delinquent on their utilities. Address, owner name, and
balance owed provided please.

There is no such list on file.  Lien searches are conducted by the Tax
Collector’s Office for a fee.  If you have a specific address, you may
call the Tax Collector’s Office at 973.266.5130.

 6. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties
that are flagged abandoned.

Attached please find the VAP list.

 7. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties
that are fire damaged in the past month.

There is no such list on file.

8.   A list of all residential single family and multi family properties
that have had their utilities shut off for 6+ months

Attached please find a list of disconnects/shut offs.
