6. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are flagged abandoned.
7. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are fire damaged in the past month.
8. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that have had their utilities shut off for 6+ months

The Montclair Code Enforcement Office has received your OPRA on June
15^th, 2021. For reference, the OPRA request has been attached. Please
find the official response from the Code Enforcement Office below.
1. All violations issued in the last 3 months from 6/21/2021 are
attached. Please be advised, our system does not enable filtering by
property type such as single/multifamily and commercial.
