5. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are delinquent on their utilities. Address, owner name, and balance owed provided please.
6. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are flagged abandoned.
7. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that are fire damaged in the past month.
8. A list of all residential single family and multi family properties that have had their utilities shut off for 6+ months

This OPRA request has been received on Thursday, June 17, 2021. It will

(7) business days after the City’s custodian of records receives the

Please Note: “A list of all residential single family and multi-family
properties that have had their utilities shut off for 6+ months” is unable
to be fulfilled as our water/sewer vendor does not maintain this list. If
you’d like information on a specific property, they are able to fulfill
that request.
